Beginner training plan
Your first lessonString names. How to read treble clef and/or guitar tab. Caterpillar/chromatic warm up. How to play basic single note ideas and two note power chords to your song of choice.
Lesson 11+More complex chord progressions and solo ideas. Introduction to the modes of the major scale and how to improvise and practice them.
Lesson 4-10Practicing along to songs beginning to end solos included. Introduction to the major scale and chords of the major scale, maybe even basic bar chords and alternative chord shapes building off of our pentatonic foundation and/or learning the rest of the positions of pentatonic scales by improvising. Possibly some different arpeggios if you are a fast learner.
Lesson 2-3Full Major/Minor chord progressions. Full versions of simpler songs and how to practice and increase speed. Introduction to improvisation using major and minor pentatonic scales delving into basic techniques like slides, hammer ons and pull offs and/or bends.
What you need to bringBring a guitar!!! Acoustic or electric guitar or bass guitar welcome!!!

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
