My 10 year old daughter has been taking singing lessons from Paul for the past 2 years, (recently added guitar lessons) -- I cannot even put into words how awesome he is as an teacher. Just the right amount of nurturing, positive encouragement and fun. And he comes with years and years of "in the business" experience, so his advice really carries weight. It's a bit of a drive from where we are to get to him, but we cannot even imagine going to anyone else. Daughter literally looks forward to each lesson (this is the same person that groans every morning about school, just to give some context). Worth the drive. Worth the cost.

I cannot say enough about Paul Lewis! He is an excellent talent and motivator! He truly represents the music industry at its best! He cares about his students and their well-being like their his own! My daughter has been with him for 2 years and it is amazing how far she has come in so little time. Not only has her talent improved, but her overall focus, creativity and most of all confidence! She has been given opportunities that were not available to her in the past and we look forward to working with Paul for a long time! I would HIGHLY recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for the real deal!

Paul is an great voice teacher with a unique ability to detect subtle voice issues and equally effective at addressing them. He keeps classes fun and engaging with an upbeat and motivating personality. I am already seeing a noticeable improvement in the areas noted below with only a few classes. I am hopeful more training will lead to measurable impact in my corporate career. 1. Improve tone variation and quality 2. Reduce effect of slight accent on pronunciation of certain letters and word 3. Improve enunciation 4. Developing a commanding tone for corporate presentations

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe meet and discuss a plan that fits for the individual.
Lesson 11+The path should be much clearer at this point. We will tighten up on strengths and then make sure we work out the weaknesses with much care and precision. As I said each individual is different.
Lesson 4-10Each individual is different. So I gauge what we do and what direction based on them.
Lesson 2-3We begin with basics and give each individual the tools they need to succeed.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonMeet and see where the individual is as an artist.
Lesson 11+Take the tools you’ve been shown and have worked on and start using them to create and be the best artist you can be.
Lesson 4-10I can not emphasize this enough that each individual is different so if this are moving at a great pace then we extend the boundaries.
Lesson 2-3Start the process based on what we learned from the first session.
Youth players
Working with kidsI have been working with young people since the beginning. Most have stayed with me for 10+ yrs.
Working with teenagersI actually taught at a High School for several years as a music and voice coach/teacher and had them always thinking outside the box. Some are still with me today.
What you need to bringOnce we get an idea of direction. Then I will suggest purchasing various items to help with the progress.
