If I had to describe Ryan with one word I couldn’t because he has so many amazing traits about him. One of his best traits is his grit, meaning he would come in with a goal in mind and he’s going to do what ever it takes to complete said goal. While completing the goal he would also make it teaching moment for him self and who ever he is working with. He is open to new ideas and feedback all the time and often times tries them out to see how it works. His ability to adapt to changing conditions is quite literally unrivaled compared to anyone I’ve ever seen and met. Truly he is amazing person and with many more amazing traits I wish I could put down but then we would have a couple pages.
