Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

Our goal is to make your experience smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. So go ahead and book with confidence, knowing that we're here to accommodate your needs every step of the way!

About your japanese instructor

As a native Japanese speaker educated in Canada with a degree from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto, Japanese language and culture have always been at the heart of my identity. Navigating life fluently between English and Japanese has given me a deep, firsthand appreciation of the linguistic nuances, cultural etiquette, and communication styles that bridge the East and West. Transitioning into language instruction, my goal is to make learning Japanese accessible, intuitive, and highly practical for non-native speakers. My teaching philosophy revolves around radical simplicity and real-world application. Japanese grammar and honorifics (keigo) can often feel intimidating, so I focus on breaking down complex sentence structures, kanji mechanics, and natural phrasing into clear, logical concepts that you can immediately apply in conversation. My process is tailored to maximize your active speaking time: you bring your choice of study materials, textbook chapters, or specific conversation goals (travel, business, JLPT preparation, or pop culture) in advance, and I review them thoroughly beforehand. During our live screen-sharing sessions, we practice real-time dialogue, refine your pronunciation, and break down grammar patterns step-by-step. Whether you are a complete beginner laying your foundation or an intermediate learner aiming for natural fluency, I am committed to making your Japanese journey engaging, structured, and rewarding.
