Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to talk with the player about their goals going forward and set up a few basic drills depending on position allowing me to get a baseline for the player.
What you need to bringStudents need to bring their own stick. Full pads are suggested but not required.
What I can bringI will supply any balls, cones, or other equipment required for basic drills.
