If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

Coach Allen has been a terrific private coach for my 14 year old in her second year of lacrosse! He has been absolutely wonderful. His years of coaching lacrosse shine through which is why we make the near 1 hr drive to and from San Francisco to San Ramon on the weekends for lessons! Coach Allen is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert on the game. He gives great strategic and tactical advice which has helped my daughter hone her positioning and her shots. I began to see improvements in my her game almost immediately. Coach Allen's style is highly encouraging, forthright, flexible and respectful---AND he has a great sense of humor to boot! My daughter began playing lacrosse earlier this year. In the first lesson with Coach Allen, she already learned a lot and Coach Allen is great. He explained what my daughter is good at, what she needs to work on, and how she can improve in a clear concise manner. For every skill, he taught her “why” a certain move in a specific form is important in a game, which I think only an experienced coach like Coach Allen can do. We live far from San Ramon, but we feel it’s worth travelling there to receive a high quality lesson from Coach Allen.

Coach Allen has been great with my middle schooler who is new to lacrosse. He gives clear and detailed instructions followed by continual feedback so students can improve their form and technique. Each session has been a little different and never boring. My kid has left each session feeling more confident. It is evident that Coach Allen is very knowledgeable about the sport and would be great with advanced players as well
