About your lacrosse coach

For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.

Youth players
Working with kidsMaking sure they are having fun most importantly. Taking my time making sure the instructions or details are clear. I have coached youth lacrosse and it takes patience and understanding. Always have time for fun but keep it somewhat serious so its not taken as a joke.

Working with teenagersWorking with teens is almost opposite of the younger kids. Teens need to start serious and work hard, and you have fun in between. Keeping conversations light, giving advice while remaining competitive.

What you need to bringStick, gloves, helmet, cleats.

What I can bringBalls, cones, etc.
