About your lacrosse coach
With two decades on the field, I cultivate each player's potential, fostering skill and passion. My comprehensive lacrosse training focuses on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship. I also specialize as a lacrosse goalie coach as I was a goalie for Fairleigh Dickinson University, where my team played at the NCAA's three years in a row. Let's elevate your game together!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with familiarity with the equipment, stick, goggles, lacrosse balls, etc.
Work on the basics of stick skills.
Lesson 11+Introduction into the rules of the game, player positions and more.
Lesson 4-10Building on the core foundations of stick skills and catching and throwing while on the move.
Agility training included so players can gain familiarity with moving with the ball in their stick, being able to catch and throw from different positions and lengths.
Lesson 2-3Continue to build on stick skills and advancing them to harder variations.
Introduce catching and throwing skills.
What you need to bringStudents should be in athletic clothing and tied running sneakers. If they have mouth guards please bring as well.
If you have any lacrosse equipment like, sticks, goggles and helmets please feel free to bring them.
