About your lacrosse coach
I have been playing since I was 3 years old. I currently attend Trinity College, a part of the NESCAC lacrosse league. I have trained young and adult athletes, offering a unique perspective on training, having been both a coach and a player simultaneously. Offer a modern perspective based around building a players fundamentals

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI usually spend the first lesson seeing the skill level of the individual and then carefully planning on how to build the athletes game. Tell them what it takes to be successful.
Lesson 11+This player will be more confident and consistent my biggest thing is if the player is not seeing growth the player is not doing work on his own which is Key!!
Lesson 4-10Integrating the fundamentals into core moves now seeing the player excel
Lesson 2-3This is where we really work. I will build the player up to a higher skill level focusing on details of the fundamentals before going to the next steps
