About your lacrosse coach
I blend tactical insight with patient instruction to develop confident, strategic lacrosse players. I have taught lacrosse for more than 30 years, specializing in stick skills, proper shooting form, dodging technique, and game IQ while fostering resilience, teamwork and an enduring passion for the sport. I have trained players of all ages and genders, starting at local recreation level players up to D1 propects.

What you need to bringPlayers should bring a lacrosse stick, proper shoes (cleats or turf shoes). For boys, bring gloves and a helmet.
