Coach Dudley is a consummate professional who masterfully balances the individual interest of each player with the collective spirit of the team. He keeps safety first and teaches players discipline while fostering confidence and a great athletic experience. He is patient while encouraging players to develop and improve their skills. Moreover, he is respectful of parents and welcomes their input.
