Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be all about fundamentals of lacrosse, such as stick skills and basic actions/ movements.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will be all about refining everything we’ve learned and putting things into combo moves, and beginning to get into game like scenarios that you will work through. This is when progress truly begins to shine through.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be a continuation of the basics while adding new fundamental skills, shots, footwork, stick work, etc.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will be all about refining those fundamentals skills, but also applying them to new tricks, skills, and movements as well.
