Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst is working on throwing and catching it’s important to build fundamental mechanics and hold the stick correctly
Lesson 2-3We can work on longer passes footwork defensive/offensive principles and ground balls
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonMy plan will be based on what you need if you want to work on offense D or another aspect of the game I can also help with footwork agility and explosiveness
