Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will first assess your catching & throwing abilities, then we will move to focusing on specific areas you want to improve
Lesson 4-10We will work on fitness & catching & throwing while running
Lesson 2-3We will focus in on the skills you want to learn (defense, shooting etc.)
Youth players
Working with kidsI am very patient - I have coached & refereed for youth players for many years! I will focus in on the basics - how to catch, throw and cradle!
Working with teenagersWith my experience playing college lacrosse I am able to provide first hand expertise to ensure you are ready to get to the next level!
