I'm passionate about sharing my love for lacrosse and helping athletes reach their full potential. A little bit about me: - Started lacrosse in 8th grade & played all through HS - 4 years at the Division 3 collegiate level at Baldwin Wallace - Club coach for HS, MS, & youth for Athena Lacrosse - Head HS girls lacrosse coach With nine years of playing experience and two years coaching, I create engaging and challenging training programs tailored to each player's individual needs. How to throw, catch, and cradle (both hands)
Lesson 11+Keep building upon the foundation and add some fun new tricks and drills in like shooting on the run with dodging and 1v1 defense!
Lesson 4-10Take the basics and add more movement! Focus on shooting, abcd’s of defense, and dodging on the move!
Lesson 2-3How to pick up a ground ball, how to shoot, & what are dodges?

Working with kidsWe start small, setting a foundation and getting to know the sport of Lacrosse more!
Working with teenagersWe start small and see where their lacrosse IQ is before we dive into more intermediate/advanced drills and concepts.
