For the past 16 years, I've been passionately sharing my love for the game, helping players of all levels unlock their potential and achieve their goals on and off the field. I have played lacrosse since 5th grade, I played at Saint Xavier high school and Wittenberg University for 4 years. Love giving my knowledge to the youth and helping them out to their fullest potential!

Your first lessonPassing, catching, ground balls(the basics)
Lesson 11+Putting everything together, passing off a dodge, scooping ground ball then passing, working through contact, knowing when to shoot and or pass.
Lesson 4-10Shooting, shooting on the run, defensive tactics, dodging and shooting
Lesson 2-3Stick protection, ball handling, decision making while dodging(dodging), passing drills
Youth players
Working with kidsI coach KCD 7/8th graders so the youth, I love trying to get their work ethic and love for the game for when they want to play in high school.
