With over 15 years of playing experience and 5 years of coaching, I bring a deep passion and understanding of lacrosse to every practice and game. My coaching philosophy centers on making the sport accessible and enjoyable—breaking down complex terminology, movement, and lacrosse IQ into relatable, easy-to-understand concepts that help players grow on and off the field. Beyond skill development, I aim to inspire young athletes to become their best selves—not just as players, but as individuals.
