Zak was a very passionate, attentive, and understanding coach. Not only did I improve my skills, but I also learned a lot about myself as a player and teammate. He helped me in defining my strengths and weaknesses, while having fun doing it.

Beginner training plan
Your first lesson- Understand game play including rules, positions, and equipment
- Practice cradling, passing, and catching
Lesson 11+Putting all these skills together and further enhancing whatever skills needed because there is always room for improvement!
Lesson 4-10- Further enhance cradling, passing, catching, and ground ball fundamentals
- Learn how to shoot, dodge, cut and find space, and transition play
- Learn defensive footwork, team defense (sliding and proper communication) and how to defend transition play
Lesson 2-3- Further practice cradling, passing, and catching
- Learn how to pick up ground balls effectively
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonLesson 1 will be used to get an understanding of the player, such as their position, strengths, and weaknesses.
Lesson 11+Drills will continue to vary but we will continue to build up any skills that we have worked on and are needed
Lesson 4-10Drills will still vary on player but focus will change to focus on improving players weaknesses, enhancing their strengths, and developing a stronger IQ of the game
