Your first lessonStart with stagnant cradling, catching, and passing.
Lesson 11+Expanding on the basics of the game and stick skills in a faster game like pace.
Lesson 4-10Work on dodging and footwork and integrating shooting and playing defense.
Lesson 2-3Begin to cradle, catch, and pass while running.
