My daughter loved jenas energy and dedication to the game!! my fav thing about her was that you could tell my daughter was having so much fun and i had to hear about it the whole way home lol. she is loving lacrosse.

As a parent, I was really impressed with how Jena worked with Franny at her advanced level. She recognized her strengths right away and tailored the training to push her in new ways instead of repeating the basics. The sessions were challenging, engaging, and kept her motivated to grow even further. It’s clear Jena knows how to adjust for different skill levels.

Your first lessonWe will start with fundamentals like passing shooting a couple starter dodges and some fun iq stuff!
Lesson 11+keep working on higher rep fundamentals! and whatever i feel that she needs or what she wants to work on!
Lesson 4-10we can breakdown form and the WHY of every skill!
