Hi! I'm Jennifer... a Certified Life Coach, Inner Child workshop facilitator and Level II Breathwork Facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves they learned to silence in order to survive. My work combines inner child exploration, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness and transformational coaching to help clients uncover unconscious patterns, heal emotional wounds and create lasting change from the inside out. My vision is simple: heal the inner child.
