Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is focused on understanding the student's goals, learning style, and current comfort level with mental health and wellness education. I begin with a calm conversation about what they want to improve, such as stress awareness, emotional balance, confidence, communication, routine building, or burnout prevention. Then I introduce simple beginner tools like the "Stress Signal Check," where we identify how stress shows up in thoughts, body behavior, and daily habits. I also use a "Goal Clarity Drill" to help the student name one clear area they want to strengthen. The first lesson is supportive, practical, and pressure-free.
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons, students begin learning how to recognize patterns. We may work on identifying stress triggers emotional vocabulary, daily routine gaps, and simple self-awareness skills. Favorite beginner drills include the "Thought, Feeling, Action Map," where students learn how thoughts, emotions, and choices connect, and the "Energy Rhythm Review," where we look at sleep, screen time, food, timing, movement, and daily structure in an educational way. Students can expect to leave these lessons with clearer self-awareness and simple tools they can practice between sessions.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 focus on building repeatable skills. Students learn how to create healthier routines, improve emotional regulation, build confidence, communicate more clearly, and handle stress with more structure. Drills may include the "Calm Reset Routine," a simple step-by-step grounding and reflection practice; the "Confidence Evidence List," where students identify real examples of progress; and the "Healthy Routine Builder," where we create realistic habits that fit their life. These lessons are designed to help beginners move from understanding concepts to actually practicing them consistently.
Lesson 11+After lesson 11, students can expect deeper practice, more personalized learning, and stronger independence. We review what has improved, what still feels challenging, and what tools work best for the student. Drills may include the "Weekly Wellness Review," the "Decision Clarity Check," and the "Personal Growth Plan," where students learn how to reflect, adjust, and keep building healthy patterns over time. The goal is for each student to become more confident, self-aware, and equipped to use what they have learned beyond the lesson setting.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first advanced lesson begins with a focused review of the student’s current strengths, challenges, and personal goals. Instead of starting with basic definitions, we look at patterns they already recognize, such as stress cycles, emotional habits, confidence blocks, communication challenges, burnout signs, or routine breakdowns. I use an β€œAdvanced Pattern Review” to help the student identify what is working, what is not working, and where they want stronger control. We also complete a β€œPersonal Growth Target Drill,” where the student chooses one specific area to improve with more depth and consistency. The first lesson is reflective, structured, and action-oriented.
Lesson 2-3In lessons 2 and 3, students begin applying more advanced mental health education tools to real-life situations. We may work on emotional regulation, stress recovery planning, thought reframing, confidence rebuilding, self-discipline, communication patterns, or healthy boundary awareness. Favorite drills include the β€œTrigger-to-Response Map,” where students learn how to slow down the space between stress and reaction, and the β€œEmotional Pattern Breakdown,” where we examine repeated emotional responses and identify healthier alternatives. Students can expect these lessons to feel more personalized, reflective, and practical.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 focus on turning insight into consistent action. Students practice applying tools to school, work, relationships, personal goals, stress management, and daily routines. Drills may include the β€œPressure Response Plan,” which helps students prepare for stressful moments before they happen; the β€œConfidence Through Action Drill,” which connects small completed actions to self-trust; and the β€œRoutine Repair Method,” where we adjust habits that are not supporting the student’s mental and emotional balance. These lessons help students strengthen consistency, communication, emotional control, and personal accountability.
Lesson 11+After lesson 11, the focus shifts toward independence and long-term growth. Students learn how to evaluate their own progress, refine their routines, respond to setbacks, and continue using the tools without needing constant guidance. Drills may include the β€œWeekly Self-Leadership Review,” the β€œResilience Reset Plan,” and the β€œLong-Term Wellness Strategy,” where students build a personal framework for managing stress, staying grounded, communicating clearly, and protecting their energy. The goal is for each student to leave with stronger self-awareness, practical tools, and the confidence to keep growing beyond the lesson setting.

Youth players
Working with teenagersWhen I work with teenagers, I adapt lessons to be practical, respectful, and easy to connect with real life. I focus on topics like stress, confidence, emotional awareness, healthy routines, communication, goal-setting, and burnout prevention in a way that feels supportive, not judgmental. I use guided conversation, reflection prompts, simple examples, and age-appropriate exercises to help teens understand what they are feeling, organize their thoughts, and build healthier habits. My goal is to create a calm learning space where teenagers feel heard, encouraged, and equipped with tools they can actually use.

What you need to bringStudents should bring a notebook or device for notes, water, and any specific questions, goals, or topics they want to focus on. If there is a school assignment, personal learning goal, or area of stress they want help understanding, they should bring that as well. Come ready to participate, reflect, ask questions, and learn in a supportive environment.

What I can bringI provide guided discussion, simple lesson outlines, reflection prompts, note-taking support, and practical wellness education tools when appropriate. Lessons are educational and supportive, not clinical therapy or medical treatment. My goal is to help students understand concepts clearly and leave each session with useful takeaways they can continue practicing.
