Guiding stillness with curiosity, I teach meditation with calm rigor and warm approachability. With several years' experience, I blend traditional practice, breathwork, and secular mindfulness to help students cultivate clarity, resilience, and a sustainable daily practice. I have experience working in Ontario Canadá, online and now in Miami.
