Accomplishments

➕Amateur Kickboxing Champion
Beginner training plan
Your first trainingYou will learn the fundamentals of stand up striking stances and movements leading into basic punches
Training 2-3Further refinement of standup stances, movements, and basic strikes
Training 4-10Introduction of kicks and combining punches. Sprinkling in some defensive movements.
Training 11+Introduction of wrestling, clinch, and ground grappling techniques
What you need to bringStudents will be responsible for boxing gloves, MMA gloves, and shinguards along with wearing appropriate attire. IE if grappling, don’t wear clothes with pockets.
What I can bringI can provide boxing gloves for first few lessons if the student is new to the sport.
