Former NCAA Division I athlete at Missouri State University with high-level soccer experience in both Italy and the U.S. I help young athletes navigate the transition to college athletics, including academics, training, recruiting, time management, and life as a student-athlete. My goal is to provide honest, practical guidance based on real experience.

Session 2-3Building the Foundation
Focus on time management, academics, training habits, communication with coaches, confidence, and understanding what to expect from college athletics.
Session 4-10Developing as a Student-Athlete
We’ll work on practical skills for balancing school and sports, handling pressure, setting goals, preparing for recruiting, and becoming more independent and confident.
Session 11+Long-Term Mentorship & Growth
Ongoing personalized guidance based on your goals, challenges, and progress. We’ll continue developing the skills needed to succeed both on and off the field.
