Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, with an innate ability to craft workouts that are both effective and tailored to individual needs. Through Michael’s training program and instruction, I’ve been able to reach a level of strength and mobility that has allowed me to acquire skills, like hand standing & juggling, while eliminating preexisting joint and nerve pain. It’s functional strength and movement.
