Definitely have felt a complete difference in my basketball training. My movement and body have never felt better, I feel quicker, lighter, and stronger all at the same time. He’s a super personable guy, everyone who works out with him always is in there with a smile on their face, but still are being pushed to their personal limits. You can tell that Javi is super passionate about what he does, which makes others want to go hard in every session.
