A few years back my son was struck by lightning and was left with devastating injuries (SCI, nerve + muscle damage). He was in various clinics across the US doing intensive physical therapies for years. About 6 months ago we began training with Justen Smith (“Coach Jut”) with amazing results. Coach Jut combines his incredibly deep knowledge of how the human body works with a very comprehensive, consistent, purposeful approach to training I think very few trainers out there could match. We are truly grateful to have met him and would recommend him to *anyone* looking to overhaul/refine/accelerate their recovery or athletic training efforts.

Coach Jut is a a very encouraging interactive coach. He is very easy to get along with and he makes the sessions very enjoyable and beneficial.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonApproach to first lesson is to assess your functional movement and natural movement patterns according to general athletic positioning and or particular sport. Then speed drills and isometric training.
Lesson 2-3Depending the sport; corrective exercises, agility, mobility and recovery.
What you need to bringShoes, cleats, football, volleyball, spikes, WATER, etc…
