We start with a conversation about your goals, current fitness level, training experience, and any limitations or concerns. Then we move into a beginner-friendly warm-up and basic movement assessment to establish your starting point.
Youβll learn foundational movement patterns such as the squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, brace, and carry. Iβll coach technique, breathing, posture, and proper exercise execution while keeping the session comfortable and achievable.
The goal is not to exhaust youβitβs to build confidence, establish good movement habits, and create a plan that fits your goals.
We begin building your foundation with structured full-body workouts using movements you learned during your first session.
Youβll practice exercises such as goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, dumbbell presses, rows, lunges, carries, core exercises, and beginner conditioning drills. Weβll gradually increase resistance, repetitions, or difficulty as your technique improves.
Youβll also learn how to warm up properly, control your pace, recover between exercises, and understand what βgood effortβ feels like.
The goal is to leave each session feeling stronger and more confidentβnot defeated.
We transition into a personalized training program based on your goals and progress.
Sessions will combine strength training, functional movement, conditioning, mobility, andβwhen appropriateβbeginner running or endurance work. Weβll progressively increase training volume and intensity while continuing to refine technique.
Youβll learn how to train independently, track your progress, understand exercise selection, and build sustainable habits.
By the end of this stage, you should feel more confident in the gym, stronger in everyday movement, and equipped with the foundation to continue progressing toward your personal fitness goals.
From Lesson 11 onward, training becomes increasingly personalized to your goals, abilities, and progress.
Weβll use what weβve built during the first 10 lessons as your foundation and begin progressing your strength, conditioning, mobility, endurance, and overall performance.
Depending on your goals, training may focus on building strength and muscle, improving body composition, developing cardiovascular fitness, preparing for running or endurance events, or becoming a well-rounded hybrid athlete.
Your program will continue to evolve as you improve. Weβll track progress, adjust exercises and training intensity, address movement limitations, and continually challenge you at an appropriate pace.
The goal is to help you become confident enough to train independently while continuing to provide the structure, accountability, and coaching needed to reach your next level.
