To be honest, I took lessons with Theodora without knowing what to expect. I was not invested in piano, but I wanted to try new songs and pieces. I am now much more interested in classical music and I would want to continue my studies of the instrument. It's been fun being able to perform for friends and to play with them. Recommend to students who want to discover more about their interests.

I really felt I improved my technique throughout my studies with Theodora so far. She is great at helping me figure out more practical ways to play a passage, and I learned how to troubleshoot technical issues and address and improve them myself. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in improving their technique and in setting up a healthy practice regimen.

Classes with Theodora are always interesting. The first part of my study with her focused quite a lot on technique and was repetitive, but all of that was worth it as I am now able to tackle more difficult pieces, including one of my favorites by Chopin that I always wanted to play! I recommend for anyone interested in reaching their goals quickly.

Theodora is a very engaging teacher. I always find that whenever I come to lessons I discover a new level to the piece I'm working on, even if I thought I had it figured it out before. She challenges you to think deeply about what you're playing, and that's helpful for being a more advanced player.
