Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasic fundamentals. Grip, stance , court position and scoring.
Lesson 11+Continue working on fundamentals and start to implement 3rd and 4th shot strategies. Kitchen play and transition zone introduction.
Lesson 4-10Continued work on Ground strokes. Intro to punch vollys and overheads.
Lesson 2-3Serving , returning, ground strokes.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonSkill and strategy assessment. What do you do well what do you want to improve on?
