Your first lessonThe first lesson is determining where the person is and what level they’re at and highlighting with needs to work and what ok needs to be enhanced
Lesson 2-3For the second and third lessons, I like to emphasis on drilling and some drilling strategies. Specifically drops, dinks, hands, serve, and returns.
Lesson 4-10More drills amd Situation scenarios that occur in games. Expect real game playing time with the coach and players with similar skills
