Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson would go over the basic rules of the game, introduction to how to hold the racket and basic mechanics
Lesson 11+Anything at this point would be focusing on more in depth aspects of any of the previous things based on what the student wants to learn and observations I would have made up until this point. Ideally we are able to do group lessons to see live playing
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 would get into a lot of repetition, teaching the 3rd shot drop and how to work your way up to the kitchen, how to position yourself on the court, more strategy with the game and more advanced sinking ideas. Technique for volleys and drives. We would touch on all the major areas of the game at a base level.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 would focus on basic strategy of the game and introduce how to dink at the kitchen, again just getting into the basics
Youth players
Working with kidsKids would be engaged with the basic rules of the game and depending on skill levels and abilities lots of fun games
