Beginner training plan

Your first lessonLearning the rules and scoring of pickleball and getting comfortable with the paddle

Lesson 4-10Some doubles strategy, keeping the ball low, hitting and returning lobs, volleys

Lesson 2-3Dinking drills, footwork, returning the ball consistently, backhand shots

Youth players

Working with kidsI will slow down the lesson plan and be very patient with kids who want to play.

Working with teenagersI will adapt the lesson plan to teenagers as well
