Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDesigned specifically for beginners, this session establishes strong foundational skills. We cover essential body mechanics and proper form before moving into ball-control drills. You will master the backhand dink, learn to hit low, controlled returns, and develop a highly consistent serve.
Lesson 2-3Now that you have a feel for the ball, it’s time to find your footing! In this session, we transition from stationary hits to court movement. You will learn the famous 'Third Shot Drop' and practice navigating the transition zone safely. We will enable drills that work on mid-court resets so you can confidently handle fast balls and slow the game down to your pace.
Lesson 4-10Ready to start winning more points? In our fourth session, we shift from basic control to tactical offense. You will learn how to spot a high ball and hit a powerful overhead smash, while also learning how to defend against them! We will also practice partner communication and court coverage so you and your teammate can move like a well-oiled machine. You will walk away knowing exactly how to dictate the pace of the game.
Lesson 11+Every pickleball player is unique, and today you will learn how to beat them all! We will focus on how to counter aggressive 'bangers' who hit everything hard, as well as how to out-patience a soft 'dinker.' You will learn how to adapt your strategy on the fly, exploit your opponent's weaknesses, and keep your composure no matter who is across the net.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
