As an athlete since grade school ( including baseball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, racquetball, volleyball, mountain and road biking, jogging, swimming and excelling through NCAA Div 1 LaCrosse, weight training, stretching, and cardio have played a major role. Don't expect to walk on the court and play without it !!! We must to Live and PLAY another day !!!!!!!
