Coach Joe is so inspiring & energetic! I really needed this style of training to keep and stay honest with my goals to self improvement. Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIntroduction: Get to know student and parental guardian, identify traits applicable to athleticism, identify student patterns& knowledge to tailor a program fit for their growth in the sport of pickleball. Semi/Full body warm up. Identify student dominant hand: L or R handed etc. Net drill close range in the air volleys Dink drills straight on and cross court etc.

Lesson 4-10Now we are getting into the apples & oranges and we can begin to see the potential and growth patterns, as it pertains to goals which will have been set from Lessons 2& 3.

Lesson 2-3At this stage in training, we will have identified some important aspects to the students growth and mindset for their continued success in their pursuit to become a more rounded & confident athelete/ player through pickleball.

Youth players

Working with teenagers13 yo + only please… Teenagers require an environment which is positive, encouraging, helpful and inclusive to the task at hand. In this case we will learn to work together to reach our anticipated goals to learn and improve a variety of skill sets applicable to becoming a more rounded pickleball athelete.

What you need to bringNecessary equipment: * * Paddle if you have one you enjoy using opposed to a borrowed paddle. * Stable pickleball/ court rated shoes. * Dress appropriately based on weather. * Water bottle * Air on the side of good judgment dress according to the weather * we will learn and adjust as we go

What I can bringPickleballs, paddles, knowledge pertaining your lessons, handouts/ DIY DRILLS. * All instruction will greatly depend / and may vary based on the abilities of the student being coached. * Safety above all else & mutual respect & kindness goes a long way :)
