Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst I will make sure the students form and grip is correct. I’ll teach them how to hit the ball properly and move to the ball properly.
Lesson 11+I’ll be teaching the student how to control the ball and set the point up in their advantage to win the point and match in an easier and strategical way.
Lesson 4-10I will be making sure the student has developed good form and keep polishing the skills i’ve been teaching them from the first 3 lessons.
Lesson 2-3I will work on the students volleys if they are ready and teach them how to play closer up in the court.
