We will meet and greet, then discuss some of the fundamental rules of pickleball.
After assessing the students basic understandings we may choose to play a little or go straight to beginner drills focusing on topics such as swing form and technique, footwork, and conditioning.
Lesson 11+: Advanced Fundamentals & Game Strategy
• Shot Selection – Choosing the right shot in different situations
• Net Control – Poaching, stacking, and dominating the kitchen line
• Fast Ball Defense – Blocking and resetting under pressure
• Lobs & Overheads – Offensive lobs and defending them effectively
• Game Scenarios – Playing out points with strategy and feedback
• Tournament Prep – Rules, formats, and competitive mindset
Lesson 4: Serve & Return Depth
• Focus: Deep, consistent serves and returns
• Drills: Target zones, return placement
• Game: Serve/return-only mini games
