Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIf you’re brand new to the sport then the first thing I’ll teach you is the rules and regulations of the game. After reviewing rules and regulations then I will teach you serving and how to hit a forehand.
Lesson 2-3In lesson 2, we will go over what you learned in lesson 1 and add in how to use a backhand. For lesson 3, we will practice serve and return.
What you need to bringStudents should bring water, non-marking shoes or pickleball shoes, and most importantly a pickleball paddle if they have one.
What I can bringAll equipment will be provided other than non-marking shoes. I do have 1 spare paddle just in case, but players should bring a paddle they are comfortable using.
