Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIf you’re brand new to the sport then the first thing I’ll teach you is the rules and regulations of the game. After reviewing rules and regulations then I will teach you dinking. Dinking is a form of rally play at the net, and is where most points are won.
What you need to bringStudents should bring water, non-marking shoes or pickleball shoes, and most importantly a pickleball paddle if they have one.
What I can bringAll equipment will be provided other than non-marking shoes. I do have 1 spare paddle just in case, but players should bring a paddle they are comfortable using.
