Beginner training plan
Your first lessonYou can expect to walk out of your first lesson knowing how to play pickleball with a proper foundation moving forward.
Lesson 2-3Lets focus on proper mechanics of how to keep the ball down! Once thats at a reasonable level, we will then shift our attention elsewhere.
Lesson 4-10These later sessions is where we begin learning how to hit amazing drops & resets from all positions on the court. Sometimes people learn 80% of it within 1-2 lessons!
