What you need to bring1. Bring the Right Gear:
- Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and proper court shoes.
- Bring your own pickleball paddle. If you don’t have one, let me know in advance.
- Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated.
2. Warm-Up:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for a light warm-up.
- I’ll guide you through some essential stretching and warm-up exercises to get you ready.
3. Mental Preparation:
- Come with a positive mindset, ready to learn and have fun.
- Think about specific skills or areas you want to focus on during the session.
4. Health and Safety:
- Ensure you’re in good health. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please inform me beforehand.
- Wear sunscreen if we’re playing outdoors.
5. Be Open to Feedback:
- Be prepared to receive constructive feedback and try new techniques.
- Have questions ready – I’m here to help you improve.
