I have been playing pickleball since early 2022 and received my PPR Associate Coach certification in June of 2023. Positive feedback from students reflect that I have a knack for easily explaining the rules of the game and can teach technique to beginners and intermediates in a fun and informative way. I have prior teaching experience in dance and gymnastics as a young adult. I have trained extensively at camps and clinics lead by numerous instructors and Pros, including Tyson McGuffin, Susannah Barr, Zac Taylor Lisa & Wayne Dollard, and Bobby Phoumy. Pickleball fondly reminds me of my younger days playing badminton and ping pong. I really enjoy sharing valuable information to inspire others to learn and find happiness in mastering this super fun sport for all ages. I have recently received an additional PPR certification, specializing in pickleball youth development geared for students age 6 through teens.

I’ve been playing Pickle Ball for a couple of years and had lessons from time to time. I am not consistent in my play. Lisa is great. She has a way of making you look at playing the game a little differently that gives you more confidence that you can manage your weaknesses. I highly recommend her.

Lisa was referred by friends. It was very helpful as someone new to PB to have an experienced player/instructor providing an overview of the fundamentals, clear instructions and words of encouragement. She was able to provide a solid foundation while still making it fun. It was such a positive experience that Lisa then thought 2 of my friends who were interested in learning.

Lisa is a highly trained and dedicated instructor. She customizes lessons to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student. My game has improved greatly thanks to her coaching on serves, returns of serves, and resetting slammers’ balls. She is particularly skilled at helping beginners get up to speed so they can experience a fun, competitive game, without fear.

Lisa is a great teacher. She has outstanding skills and knowledge of the game. She was able to identify several areas of my game and I saw improvement immediately. fast shout out to Lisa Robert who was an incredible instructor. took the one to teach this beginner. instilled confidence in me and knew I was nursing an injury. Despite being a beginner, Lisa was patient - best experience for exercise is pickleball Great Job!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will begin with a short warm up and you will learn proper grip , stance , and the foundation of pickleball: Dinking.
Lesson 11+We will continue to review and practice all we learned in prior lessons but now dig into more tactical approaches and strategies.
Lesson 4-10We will review all that we accomplished in the first 2 lessons adding in more details of shot selection , scoring and game play.
Lesson 2-3We will address court positioning, shot technique, and serving.
