Beginner training plan

Your first lessonStart off at the kitchen line focusing on proper paddle grip, form and basic understanding for practicing intentionally.

Lesson 11+Competitive practice! Advanced drilling and a whole lot of fun!

Lesson 4-10Moderate difficulty practice, increased movement, development of simulated doubles play, increase knowledge of rules.

Lesson 2-3Increase knowledge of rules, pick up speed and depending on how quickly you’re improving, we will increase the range/difficulty of your shots.

Advanced training plan
