Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMost beginners just want to learn enough to go play and have fun. We discuss the rules, learn to serve, return a serve and work on footwork and ball striking skills. One to two lessons should get you prepared for begging rec play.
Lesson 11+Best way to beat bangers ATP and Ernie’s. Spins power serves. And how to work with a partner.
Lesson 4-10For the more serious player we will discuss 3 and 4 shot setups. Two handed back hand lobs and drips.
Lesson 2-3If you have mastered the aforementioned skills we can then talk about court positioning and 3rd shot drop technique.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringI am sponsored by Engage paddles so if you don’t have one I have many to demo. Comfortable gym type clothes and COURT SHOES!! Bring water as well.
What I can bringMany different paddles balls and if necessary a ball machine.
