Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIt depends if the player has any experience with racquet sports or not. If not, then how to hold a paddle, how to hit a forehand and a backhand, where to stand typically during a game. And then hit some balls back and forth, getting of how to proceed with the student.
Lesson 11+More and more refinement!!
Lesson 4-10After lessons 2-3 it's pretty much refining what's good and working on what's not so good!
Lesson 2-3Once the student has good knowledge of the backhand and forehand from Lesson 1, it's time to move on to strategy and how to win points. Here a good description of the rules and a lesson on how to serve might be in order! Also, the return of serve and "dinking" which is a term often used in Pickleball.
