Your first lessonFirst Lesson would be about rules, improving your serve and basics like going up to the net to take control of rallies
Lesson 2-3This is where we can work on specific aspects of your game, like serve, returns and drops
Lesson 4-10Ideally would like to work on drinking in this phase. Will we still continue to improve the serve, returns and drops
Lesson 11+This is where we try to polish your strengths, and work on adding new skills to your game. Like a two handed backhand, game strategy and playing more competitive drills
What you need to bringIf you have been playing already then I encourage you to bring the paddle that you usually use, water and snacks to keep you going
