Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, We will volley for 15 min to asses strengths and weaknesses in order to determine what we will work on to develop a drill plan then we will focus on technique and form to ensure you hit the ball properly and correct. Based on the results from the assessment, we will develop our drilling program.
Lesson 2-3Drilling program will be determined based on the results of the assessment.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWhat I do with more advanced players, is 2 things: 1st, they will tell me what they need help with. 2nd, I will tell them to hit every type of shot multiple times and study what they need to perfect. After I figure out the problem we will drill it, with my step by step drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsI have worked with many children from 6-10, the first thing that always helps them is fixing their form and technique, and teaching them tips and tricks to help achieve this.
What you need to bringBring your preferred paddle or use mine.
What I can bringI can provide a professional Elite pickleball machine to ensure you hit at least 400 or more balls during our session.
