Two years ago, my pickleball journey began at a local YMCA where I quickly fell in love with the sport. Now, I play on a regular basis while also sharing my passion by teaching others what I've learned. This passion led me to establish the Pickleball Club at Lindenwold University, where I now play alongside some of the top players in the region, eager to share my expertise and love for the game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I introduce the basics of pickleball. Start off with the understating of rules and get you familiar with the court. Share the different types of paddle grips and start of with the basic shots. Dinking, resets, drops and end off with serving.
Lesson 11+In these lessons we perfect your positioning/movement, shot selections, and implementing the winning strategy. Focus on shadowing your partner and tracking the ball. In these lessons you should have a good understanding of every shot in pickleball.
Lesson 4-10Start off with 5 min recap. Now we get a better understanding of shots with strategy. Passive dinking and aggressive dinking. Hitting the ball out of the air vs hitting the ball after the bounce.
Lesson 2-3First we start with a 5 min recap of last lesson. We learn the basic shots - dinking, resets, drops, drives, and serving. Learning best time to hit the ball.
