Scott Golden recently gave me a pickleball lesson at Woodfield CC in Boca Raton, Fl. I plan on taking more from him. He was great with direction and discussion of what to and not to do on the court, and he had me working on different drills such as resets, 3rd shot drops, and more. Scott was smart and very insightful. Scott was a pleasure to be around and was well-liked by all. I appreciate Scott’s time and look forward to more lessons and growing our friendship/mentorship.

Scott is a great coach and really helped my wife with her serves. Many had tried to offer advice and observations, but her confidence was shot, and it was taking the fun out of tournaments. After a quick lesson, she has been nailing her serves with over 95% accuracy, and the confidence she has built is carrying over to the rest of her solid play. 10 out of 10 for a coach that will take to 11-0 games! Scott was able to identify some key and critical factors to my game within the first 15 minutes and left me with drills and tips to put into action. Scott is a great instructor and a solid guy. I've taken lessons and played with Scott, his ability to provide clear instructions, along with a great sense of humor, makes him an outstanding coach. Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFirst lesson involves introductions and sports background. Then some basic hitting to evaluate where the player’s skill level is currently. Then I will typically go over the most fundamental rules and strategies of the game. After that, we will drill/play skinny singles for the last 20-25 minutes.

Lesson 11+If they make it to lessons 11+ we will be working in some real game strategies, and even a 3 & me session with live ball drills, and real doubles game play.

Lesson 4-10Lots of hitting drills with the pro, and also lots of dunking drills. I

Lesson 2-3We will hone in on specific things in their game that need the most work, and focus on that for the hour on lessons 2 and 3.

What you need to bringJust bring athletic attire and actual tennis shoes. I do not recommend wearing running shoes.

What I can bringI can provide quality paddles for my clients, as well as cones and balls that will be needed for a one hour lesson. I have everything you will need.
